SCII offers a completely new service focused on solving Back-office business problems by leveraging our experience in business support and business system development for our clients.
We try to visualize the tasks that are personalized or manual in nature, or that are duplicated across departments by performing the research and analysis of the customer's back office business processes, and propose improvements and optimization measures of the operations and business systems.
In addition, we develop a data analysis environment that allows clients to visualize and reuse data that was previously confined to a particular department. This helps in improving the decision-making speed of the company.
